The Hell’s Half Mile Film & Music Festival is a festival that is held in Bay City Michigan. They wanted to start a campaign to grow more interest to surround areas. They wanted to start environmental advertising such as billboards, window clings and any other type of unique designs to raise awareness of this film and music festival.
